The Jamal Bates Morning Show (TJBMS) is a syndicated urban inspiration morning show currently heard Augusta GA (WAAW 94.7fm), Aiken SC (WAAW 94.7fm) and Florence SC (WPDT 105.1fm). TJBMS boast an exclusive 25-54 faith-based audience. The show’s host is radio veteran Jamal Bates, a NAB Macroni Award Nominee, Stellar Award & SCBA Award Winning nationally-syndicated radio host, TV personality, event emcee, voice-over talent and a devoted Pastor. Over his 17-year radio career, Jamal has hosted Sunday morning and Saturday night gospel programs, served as local host of The Yolanda Adams Morning Show, Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell and current host of The Jamal Bates Show in Columbia SC on WFMV 96.1fm, 107.1fm, 620am and WTUA 106.1fm in the Low Country of SC. His newest venture—TJBMS—launched in March 2021 and is co-hosted by multimedia personality and award-winning journalist Ashlei Stevens and U.S. Army veteran, Christian comedian Vernard “The Laugh Therapist” Hines. The talented trio brings their energetic voices and anointed love for God to listeners by offering a daily dose of inspiration, prayer, humor, gospel music, news, entertainment, and empowerment info that’s sure to be a bright start to each morning.
