The Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 10th annual Kickin’ Chicken Wing and Chili Festival on Friday, Oct. 16th in the 100 block of S. Dargan St. in downtown Florence.

The event will take place from 5 PM to 9 PM. Aside from those chefs participating in the chicken wing and chili contest, the event will feature a few other food vendors, along with a selection of beverages, including wine, local beer, and craft beer.

The grand stage will be set for music by Chocolate Chip and Company Band and they will play from 5:30 PM until 8:30 PM before the chicken wing and chili contest winners are announced.

Proceeds go to the Pee Dee Visions Foundation to support local educational initiatives and key leadership programs.

Once you come downtown and sample the great chicken wings and chili from the contestants, we need your voice to be heard.
